Highland Quarries Guyra is a privately owned and managed family business with your not so typical quarry operator. We assumed ownership of the Guyra Quarry in 2010 and whilst our loyal staff are largely unchanged we have sought to better the business through professionalism, systematic infrastructure and equipment improvements, restructuring and a quality control and safety focus. Our quarry prides itself on business ethics, RMS compliance, quality service and genuine pride in our product.
We employ quality processes to maintain a quality product which is used by a range of clients including RMS, Councils, Government Agencies, plumbers, concreters, developers, builders, engineers and construction companies, landscapers, stone masons, farmers and local businesses. Due to the nature of our business and heavy vehicle traffic we do not operate as a retail outlet and collection from site is in commercial quantities by established clients. Visits to the quarry are by appointment only.
Located only 4.5 kms from Guyra, we are a family business who strongly support the local community through our staff, suppliers and contractors. Our location close to the New England Highway minimises impact on road infrastructure and offers flexibility for delivery when required.
We are very happy to supply you with a quotation and can do so either Ex-bin (if you wish to use your own trucks) or delivered. We have our own Mack Truck for deliveries (33 tonne capacity) and a team of trusted contractors we use for major projects and rapid delivery requirements.
